Nothing is required — mats and props will be provided. You may bring a light sweater for warmth, a bottle of water, and an eye cover if you prefer complete relaxation.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to get settled before the soundbath begins. Latecomers will not be admitted in order to maintain a calm and respectful environment for all participants.

Is this event suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. No prior soundbath experience is needed.

Are the sessions the same?

No, each day offers a unique sound journey with different instruments. The Dec 18 session is a pure Alchemy Crystal Bowl experience, while the Dec 19 session is centered on the Healing Gongs.

What do I need to do during the soundbath?

During the soundbath, all you need to do is get comfortable and relax. You’ll lie down on the mat provided, close your eyes if you like, and allow the sound vibrations to guide you into deep rest. There are no movements or techniques required — just breathe naturally and enjoy the experience.
