This 2-day intensive is designed for yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, occupational therapists , health professionals looking to integrate trauma-informed yoga and compassion practices into their personal or professional lives. No prior experience in yoga or trauma-informed care is needed.

Participants will experience an immersive, interactive learning experience combining trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and self-compassion practices. The program includes theory, practical applications, guided exercises, group discussions, and facilitation.

Participation in the 2-day intensive 16 hours Access to online self-directed resources A bonus 4-hour online course on Cultivating Compassion Through Trauma Informed Yoga (with 6 months of access) CPD and Yoga Alliance CET qualification hours

This program is highly experiential, integrating both theory and hands-on learning. Participants will engage in self-reflection, guided practices, group exercises, and small-group facilitation.
