How a Sound Journey feels like?

Think of it as an experience where sound can be used to transport you to a dream-like state of vibrational healing.⁠

So, join us on this sonic journey with the acoustic enchanting harmonies from Gong and Steel Tongue Drum as the vibrations resonate in your body and quiet your mind, further blurring the boundaries of being awake and being asleep. ⁠Being in this therapeutic state facilitate deep rest and healing that addresses different aspects of the body's needs. It is like a full body sound massage where it help to reset your nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your inner resources while harmonising and balancing your body and mind.

The sound experience of these instruments combined is a sensory journey that stimulates auditory, physical and sometimes visual occurrences for the receiver. One may experience a number of different sensations like: deep relaxation, emotional shifts, physically tingling, visions of beautiful colors, blockages released, inspiration, retrieval of memories, and expanded awareness.⁠ ⁠

Simply lay comfortably inside a hammock like a baby, tune out the outside world and turn inwards and be led by sound frequencies on an intuitive journey within to a deeper consciousness.

There is nothing for you to do, just be. ⁠ ⁠

All are welcome! Come with an open mind and heart. No experience in mediation is required.

You can DM me directly to make a booking. (No Eventbrite fee and payment can be made through PayNow)

Come in comfortable attire and refrain from wearing clothes with zip and sharp or pointed jewelry/accessories that may damage the hammock.

You are highly recommended to bring your own eye pillow, blanket, jacket or/and cushion for extra comfort and hygiene purposes.

The space will be sanitised before and after the event and sanitising spray and hand gel will be available for usage.

Please do not attend the session if you are feeling unwell.

Do read through and observe the venue guidelines. Arrive at least 20 mins earlier prior to the session and latecomers will be rejected from attending the session once it starts.

This session will be held at Club Yoga (Studio 2, Level 3).
