• Wear comfy attire (avoid zips or sharp accessories that may damage the hammock)

• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene

• Arrive at least 20 minutes early – no late entry

• Feeling unwell? Please rest and recover at home

• Minimum 5 pax to run

No experience in meditation or sound bath required. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
