We have an expected capacity of around 30-40 people, but don't worry about feeling overwhelmed by the numbers - Rest assured that you will be provided with a comfortable, safe space to participate in and enjoy the workshop.

Is there any homework or prep required?

No prep-work is required and there is no formal homework, but we may suggest light reflection prompts or optional “real-world challenges” (like trying out the taught skills in real life after each session). These are designed to help you apply what you learn outside the session.

    📅 Attendance & Fees

Can I just attend 1 session?

Each session is available individually for separate sign-ups, so feel free to sign up for only the sessions you feel best suit your needs. While sessions build on each other, each one also offers stand-alone value and deal with unique challenges.
