Full moon represents peak, “super-charged” energy. It is a time of balance because solar yang and lunar yin energies are in harmony.
Full moon denotes an abundance of acquired goodness, heightened energy, receptivity and strength, but this fullness can also manifest in the overflow of emotions, erratic behavior and overheated conversations, bringing with them physical and emotional tension. With these emotions built up over the lunar cycle waiting to be released, full moons are a powerful time for letting go, releasing what no longer serves you physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, and getting back to yourself, grounded, relaxed, and at ease.
Session starts with Full Moon Yoga.
Full moon yoga is a flow which includes Moon Salutations (aka Chandra Namaskara), which are highly soothing and cooling in their nature. This practice allows you to harness your energy, release what no longer serves you, and move through a powerful sequence while you’re feeling the intensity of this time.
Full Moon Sound Bath follows after the yoga session.
Full Moon Sound Bath will connect your heart to the transformative energy of the full moon. We often feel emotions more deeply during the full moon, so this is the perfect time to release and relax. Allow yourself to be bathed in the sacred sound vibrations under the growing full moon, which will enable you to move into a deeply meditative state through which your body can effortlessly repair and restore itself.
Lying on a yoga mat, you will be bathed in the relaxing healing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, bells, drums and chimes, allowing a deep state of stillness to set in. Sound has been used therapeutically for centuries to retune, realign, and harmonize trauma or imbalances on the physical, mental, or emotional levels.
No experience is required. All are welcome. Join us to enjoy the wonderful experience of a full moon yoga + sound bath.
Things to note:
- Please bring your own yoga mat.
- You may wish to bring a sweat towel or water bottle to hydrate yourself (for Yoga)
- You may wish to bring a jacket/shawl/cushion for extra comfort (for Sound Bath).
- Dress code - wear comfortable exercise/sports attire.
- Remove watch and jewellery for a better experience.
- Switch your mobile to silent mode.
- Arrive 10 mins before class starts.

Locating Studio Space at *SCAPE
- For indoor sessions, take a lift or escalator to Level 5. Studio is located beside the escalator.
- For outdoor sessions, classes will be at outdoor terrace area and in case of wet weather, we will be relocated at sheltered space. The confirm location of outdoor class will be displayed on the signage outside of studio - Keep a lookout for it!
- Examples of outdoor sessions include Flow with the Moon, Sunset Hatha Flow and Full/New Moon Yoga with Sound Bath etc.
