What items can I bring to these meditation sessions?

If you are an owner of Exoterica created Jambhala items, this is THE event for you to bring your items and learn how to deepen your meditation practice in a group setting. However, as this is a group event, please limit the number of personal items you bring to 5.

Can I still come if I do not own any items?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely yes! This event is open to all. There will be a range of Jambhala items that you can loan, if you wish to meditate with an item.

What do you mean by Exoterica created Jambhala items?

The Jambhala items we are referring to are orgonite creations - Jambhala series made by Exoterica Creations. They come in the form of pendants, pyramid cones, chakra sets. Preview items here : www.exotericacreations.com/zambala-special

What can I expect to happen at your event?

Accepted Answer

You will be expected to participate in a guided meditation session - you will be asked to sit on the carpeted floor, with your legs crossed. You will be asked to remove your shoes. You will be invited to share your observations in a group setting after the meditation session.

Who will be the speakers and facilitators for this event?

The speakers and facilitators for this event will be Exoterica Creations staff, Su-Ann Phillips and Jacelyn Om.

What is the meditation technique used at this event?

Accepted Answer

Can I invite my family and friends along?

Yes! This event is open to all! If you wish for us to be in direct contact with your invited guests, do share this event sign up link with them. If you prefer to be their proxy, contact us with the total number of guests you are bringing for preparation purposes - space in our office is limited.

Question 8

Will I be denied entry if I am late?

Accepted Answer

To honor our time together and to ensure a deep, uninterrupted experience for all, we ask you arrive on time. Come early! Doors open from 7pm but will close promptly at 8pm. Once we begin, late entry may not be possible to maintain the peaceful and focused environment for all.
