Half-Day Retreat: Clarity of Mind

Sun 8th Jun | 9am – 1pm
with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabka

"When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within."– Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

All too often in our daily lives our mind can feel crowded, turbulent and immensely limited. This sense of a limited mind then goes on to impact our outlook, our decisions, and the overall quality of our life. But the reality is that the scope of our awareness has no limits whatsoever!

Take a Sunday morning out of your busy schedule to join us for this brief, half-day retreat, offering you the opportunity to step back from the busyness and stresses of daily life and experience the sheer vastness and utter flexibility of your own mind through meditation. During this retreat, Gen Kelsang Rabka will give guidance as to what our mind is, how it works, and how to meditate on the nature of our own mind — "clarity.”

What to Expect:

  • Simple and effective guided meditations
  • Practical advice for deepening our experience of meditation on the clarity of our mind
  • Time for contemplation and Q&A in a tranquil setting

This retreat is suitable for beginners to meditation and experienced meditators alike – everybody is welcome! However do note that spaces are limited to a maximum of 26, so we recommend booking your spot in advance.
