Take a Sunday morning out of your busy schedule to join us for this brief, half-day retreat, offering you the opportunity to step back from the busyness and stresses of daily life and experience the sheer vastness and utter flexibility of your own mind through meditation. During this retreat, we will be guided in profound meditations on Buddhist loving-kindness, including equanimity, and affectionate love.
What to Expect:

- Practical advice for deepening our experience of meditation on loving-kindness
- Time for contemplation and Q&A in a tranquil setting
This retreat is suitable for beginners to meditation and experienced meditators alike – everybody is welcome! However do note that spaces are limited to a maximum of 26, so we recommend booking your spot in advance.

9 – 10am: Retreat session #1

10.30 – 11.30am: Retreat session #2
[11.30am – 12pm: Tea break]
12 – 1pm: Retreat session #3
(Please aim to arrive between 8.30 – 9am if possible.)
* Note that refreshments are provided during the breaks throughout the day but lunch is not provided.
