The Heart to Heart Leadership Dialogue is an intimate series of conversations with top leaders of our region. We explore the deep insights from crisis, comebacks and character in leadership. The goal of the dialogue is to inspire new perspectives and engage hearts to be better leaders.

Mr Lim Siong Guan is currently the Group President of GIC. Prior to that, he has had an outstanding civil service career. He has served as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Prime Minister's Office. Mr Lim was also the Head of the Civil Service from 1999 to 2005.

The dialogue will be hosted by Dr. John Ng, Chief Passionary Officer of Meta Consulting and co-author of ‘Heart to Heart with Asian Leaders’.
