High Intensity Interval Training with Weights - For all levels
About this Event
1-hour HIIT class focused on building strength, endurance and burning calories with ACE-CPT qualified trainer.
Workout using body weight and equipment - Kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, sandbags and many more! Exercises designed for all levels (basic to advanced).
Small classes for higher level of trainer-participant interaction. Besides our regular HIIT classes, we will have special themed days to always keep it interesting!
50 sessions conducted since Jan 2021. Come and join us for a fun and effective workout!
Held at Singapore Sports Hub, 100 Plus Promenade - Rain or shine event!
