Fret not, this 20 year old recipe have undergone lots of improvements and refinements and is now available to be learnt from our Instructor Winnie Jau.
A veteran instructor who has taught desserts, cakes and traditional kuehs for many years in Community Centres in the past is now giving out her secret recipes for those who really want to master this classic traditional kek.
This time she included a
“福“ using prune, to further enhance the aesthetic image of this kek.
Let’s join her to make this to 福 Lapis to serve in the Chinese New Year or any time of the year.
