About this event

  • 3 hours

Welcome to our Silent Retreat where you are invited to give yourself a precious pause amidst life's frenetic pace.

The intention is to re-centre and renew the capacity to respond to challenges and commitments.

Perhaps you are experiencing stress, exhaustion, burnout and/or anxiety, feeling overwhelmed like you have reached the limits of endurance.

During the Retreat, we shall embrace silence, focus on the rhythm of the breath, and watch the flow of thoughts and feelings, interspersed with breaks.

Join us on this journey for re-alignment and re-empowerment.

The Retreat is conducted on Zoom to make it as accessible as possible.

This Retreat is complimentary, or you may choose to donate to a non-profit of your choice and in your name.

For residents in Singapore, feel free to donate to Equal Ark at https://equal.org.sg
