1. Mastering Shio Pan Dough – Learn to make buttery, crispy-on-the-outside, soft-and-chewy-on-the-inside Korean-style shio pan.
2. Classic Original Flavor – Perfecting the balance of a golden, salted crust with a tender crumb.
3. Squid Ink & Garlic Butter – Infusing dough with squid ink and filling it with rich, aromatic garlic butter.
4. Azuki & Kinako Mochi – Crafting a sweet and nutty red bean and roasted soybean flour mochi filling.
5. Shaping, Baking & Finishing – Achieve the signature shape, flaky layers, and crispy salted crust for bakery-quality results.
