James has over 25 years of commercial experience from operations, sales, business development to HR outsourcing and talent management in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Back in 2009, James started technology enablement services in Data Dimension to meet MNC UAT and SMB technology adoption needs in China and overachieved 1st year revenue target by 40%. He expanded his portfolio to Hong Kong and achieved 100% results and also YTY growth for subsequent years with business coverage in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. James then went on to start and led HR managed services and outsourcing division and talent management under group HRNet in 2014.
As the business environment continue to evolve and change, James saw the opportunity and an increasing need to transform beyond HR managed services and outsourcing services. His passion in helping organisations to address pain points of reducing manual and repetitive work spur him to start Werkdone which automates companies’ business processes and intelligently transform the way companies manage their operations.
