Meditation Group Practice - English (30/07/2022 )

Gentle reminder

Those above the age of 60 with medical condition(s), even though you had completed your vaccination, we do not encourage you to sign up for the session.

Please wear modest, loose and comfortable clothing suitable for meditation. Elastic-waist long pants are most suitable (jeans can constrict the waist and chafe the thighs when sitting for long periods in meditation).

Only for those who are fully vaccinated, recovered from Covid-19 within the last 180 days, medically ineligible with doctor's notice.

People who receive HRW (Health Risk Warning) are also not encouraged to come even they test negative for ART (Antigen Rapid Test) on that day.

Reminder: Please bring your towels to lay over meditation cushion.

Schedule:

1. Moving meditation

2. Two seated meditation sittings (25-30 min) with a short break between sitting

3. Short dharma video

You will also have a role to play during this period to ensure your safety and the safety of the fellow practitioners.

For hygiene purpose, please bring a towel to lay over meditation items, and a towel or shawl to protect against wind/cold.

Base mat and meditation cushion will be provided. Please help clean and disinfect cushion cover after use.

Registration is compulsory. Please register at least one day before the event. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell on the day of the event.
