Mindfulness has been increasingly adopted in organizations in a secular way, preparing executives from the inside out for greater responsibilities in an increasingly complex world. It helps individuals gain perspective, cope with stress in a healthy and sustainable manner, make better decisions that are more aligned with personal values, and become more effective and authentic leaders.

This short workshop will offer the opportunity for participants to experience mindfulness and develop the interest to start their own mindfulness practice. Participants will be guided to explore what mindfulness is, both conceptually and experientially.

What to Expect from this Workshop

The fundamental understanding and appreciation of mindfulness lies in the actual experience. Apart from the basic conceptual presentation of mindfulness, participants will be guided through experiential mindfulness practice(s) and reflective discussions that allow them to internalize and develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness from their own experiences and the relevance to their personal characteristics.

None. Only an open mind and curiosity are required.

Describe what mindfulness is
Gain insights into the benefits of mindfulness and the relevance on well-being and personal effectiveness
Experience a formal mindfulness practice and potentially experience better mental clarity, self- awareness and connection with the heart
