About this event
WHAT?
More than ever successful students and professionals are discovering the powers of mindfulness and self-compassion to regulate their emotions, attention, impulses and more.
With an ever more challenging world, and ever more competitive academic environment, parents, educators and students are looking for ways to balance their lives and regulate the stress levels to where it can help not hinder them.
We will be exploring the foundations of resilience, looking to positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness to explore tools that have boosted human resilience in the face of adversity for generations.
This workshop will include many experiential exercises along with dozens of family practices to bring balance back to family life.
As mental health issues multiply in the wake of the pandemic, join us for a day of mindfulness and connection, the reset your system for calm and success.
