With “Gratitude” as the theme and centre of the third instalment of the Mini ME Retreat Series, we welcome you with open arms to join us for a day of giving thanks and pampering yourself.

Facilitated by highly-qualified trainers, enjoy a rich sensory experience that opens up our heart and re-ignite our powerful senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste.

Heart Flow Yoga by Yoga Seeds

Begin the day with a session of Heart Flow Yoga by Yoga Seeds as we warm up our body and open our hearts to positive energy and the quality of giving and receiving with love.

Mindful Eating Practices by Tiffany Wee

Try simple mindful eating practices to re-establish a harmonious relationship with food and maintain weight and overall health. In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, learn how you can better manage stress or simply invite more peace and calmness into your life while enjoying your food.

Sound Therapy Session by Wil Kolen

Enjoy and savour soulful music with a short introduction to Sound Therapy and experience the amazing benefits for yourself. Wind down for the day with a 45-minute Sound Journey with the theme of "Gratitude".

Tiffany Wee | Naturopath & Founder of Mind Body Shine
Trained as a nutritionist and herbalist in Australia, Tiffany has consulted in world-renowned establishments like Chiva Som, Conrad Maldives and ESPA. Her expertise lies in family health, weight management, and chronic disease management. She is also the first in Asia to train in and offer UCSD’s Mindful Eating-Conscious Living course and writes content for the MindFi mindfulness app.


Wil Kolen | Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner

Wil is based in Singapore since 1995 and grew up in Holland with an innate connection to sound, rhythm, music and developing roots in creativity and design which then naturally led him to become a certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Practitioner. Sound has the natural capability to connect to our personal vibration at the core level and clear the underlying causes of discomfort or ‘dis-ease’, like stress, anxiety, sleep issues, pains, trauma, and depression. Combining his innate talents through Sound, Vibration and Energy helps to rebalance your body system on a physical, emotional and mental level. A gentle Sound Journey will guide you into a deeply relaxing meditative state allowing your body to relax, release, restore and feeling rejuvenated.


Joanne | E-RYT200 Instructor at Yoga Seeds

Having dance as her co-curricular activity throughout her school days, and being a biology teacher in her early career, Joanne found a natural attraction towards yoga. Through consistent practice, she saw a significant improvement in her health and state of mind. Yoga became more than just a workout - it became part of her lifestyle. With healthier body, mind, and soul, she has all the energy she needs to do the things she loves - travel, teach, cook and of course, yoga! As a student, she believes strongly in enjoying her practice on the mat, and this translates into her encouraging demeanour in her classes.

Stemming from the founder's deep belief in real food, all Bakening desserts are Paleo/Primal & Vegetarian, sometimes Vegan, and are free from gluten, dairy, refined/artificial sugar, grains, soy, additives, colourings, and preservatives. All breakfast items have no added fat or sugar too.
