Where is the MPL SG Season 7 - Playoffs held at?

It is held at *SCAPE, Ground Theatre. Address at 2 Orchard Link, Singapore 237978.

When are tickets released for Playoffs?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are released on Monday 3rd June 2024 at 12:00 hrs, and will close one day before the event date at 23:59 hrs. (Example: 14 and 15 June 2024 tickets will be released on 3 June at 12:00 hrs; and will end on 13 and 14 June 2024 at 23:59 hrs respectively).

What time will the Arena doors open for seating?

Accepted Answer

Audience seating will begin at most 30 minutes before the start of each match (Example: If the match starts at 10:00 hrs, seats will open up from 09:30 hrs onwards).

Question 5

Can I bring food and drinks to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Ground Theatre during the matches. You can consume your food and drinks outside before entering the Ground Theatre.

Question 6

How do I get tickets to watch the Playoffs?

Accepted Answer

You can buy tickets only from the Eventbrite platform. Third party ticket re-sale are not allowed and not condoned by the organisers. Attendees are reminded to get their tickets from legitimate sources only.

How much are the early bird tickets?

Accepted Answer

Enter early bird promo code "MPLSGS7" to get discounted tickets at S$5.90. Promo code starts from 3rd June 12:00 hrs and ends on 9th June 23:59 hrs. All ticket holders will receive  S$5.00 worth of diamonds and a tournament chest

What happens after the early bird dates?

From 10th to 16th June 2024, tickets will go at a regular price of S$8.90. All ticket holders will receive  S$5.00 worth of diamonds and a tournament chest worth up to 899 diamonds.

Question 9

What happens if I paid for a ticket and I am late for the match?

Accepted Answer

Your tickets be valid up till the end of game 1 of the match series. If you are late, you will be denied entry as seats will be provided for walk-in attendees. Once the match has ended, you cannot use it to gain entry for another match. Note that no refunds will be given if you missed the match.

What if the tickets are sold out or I cannot pay for a ticket?

You can come down to the event to queue for a first come first serve walk-in match tickets on all event days. All walk-in match tickets will receive a tournament chest worth 269 diamonds for those attending on all event dates.

What are the terms for a free walk-in match ticket?

Accepted Answer

Seats will be allocated for walk-in match tickets on a first come first serve basis. If there are no-shows or more empty seats available as the match progresses, you will be let into the arena.

Question 12

Can I watch more than one match a day?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. As long as you have a ticket for the match you wish to watch, you will be allowed into the venue. However, you will be required to exit the Ground Theatre after each match as the venue will be reset for  the next match.

Is there any available parking on site?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available *SCAPE but there are limited spaces available. Attendees are responsible for looking for their own parking options when attending the event.

How do I get to *SCAPE?

Accepted Answer

If you are travelling by MRT, the nearest stations are; NS23 Somerset station; at which a 10-15 minute walk will get you to the *SCAPE. You can also get here via bus numbers 7, 14, 16, 36, 65, 77, 106, 111, 123, 174 and 175 (Bus stop 09059) and 77, 124, 143, 167, 190, 528 and 972 (Bus stop 09037).

What details do I need to provide on registration?

Accepted Answer

All attendees are required to provide unique details such as name, contact number, email, and in-game account details. Note that if duplicate entries are entered, only one user will get the reward once per match.

Question 16

How do I get the registration rewards?

Accepted Answer

Rewards will be provided directly to your game account up to 14 days after the event has ended. Note that only accounts that have provided accurate information will be credited the rewards; any errors or duplicate entries will not be entertained.
