About this event

The National Youth Entrepreneurship Awards (NYEA), which started in 2017, takes place annually to celebrate the achievements of budding entrepreneurs on a national level. This year’s theme is “Tech-Celeration” – we will be recognising youths who have rose to the occasion, created innovative and inspiring solutions that accelerate digital transformation, and helped build a more vibrant startup ecosystem in Singapore.

Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), and the Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), will be gracing the event as the Guest-of-Honour. MOS Tan will be giving a speech and presenting awards to the winners.

Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) is the national voice for the Singapore startup ecosystem, and a key trade association representing the interests of startups in Singapore. ACE has more than 2,000 members, representing over 1,300 startups.

ACE was established in 2003 by the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, and re-launched as a private sector-led, non-profit organisation in 2014. ACE’s Patron is Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Second Minister for Trade and Industry.

Working closely with the Government and startups, ACE aims to promote entrepreneurship, catalyse new growth opportunities, scale startups and build champion enterprises.
