营员需知 Important notes to yogis 

禅堂

• 全程序带上口罩。人与人之间保持一米距离。Yogis are compulsory to wear the mask throughout the retreat. Keep social distance 1meter among yogis.

• 准时参与每一个环节。Yogis are compulsory to attend the whole retreat and be punctured at all sessions.

• 禅堂里不允许使用手机。No smart phone allowed at meditation hall during retreat.

• 请持禁语， 正念觉知每一个当下。Please observe noble silence for this Retreat.

• 请携带您的水壶。请携带寒衣或披肩，禅堂备有冷气设施。Please bring your own water bottle. The Retreat Centre is air-conditioned. Do bring a shawl or a jacket to keep yourself warm.

餐食

• 所有禅修者随缘持守八戒或五。It is optional to observe either 8 precepts or 5 precepts.

• 营队期间将供早午素食。Vegetarian breakfast and lunch will be served.

衣着

• 穿着须得体和适当，最好是白色上衣和素色长裤。穿着以舒适、宽松。Please dress decently and appropriately, preferably white TOP and plain coloured long pants. Wear loose-fitting.

• 不允许穿短裤，紧身衣和短裙。Shorts, tights and skirts are not allowed.

• 若您不能出席请尽快通知我们。以便我们有足够的时间通知等候名单的学员以及食物的安排。If you are unable to attend the Retreat, do notify us soonest possible. This will allow us to accept and inform other participants in the wait list as well as to make the necessary adjustment for lunch.

• 护法苑没有提供泊车区。 No parking area at NDR.
