Offering Our Faith: A Special Day of Retreat

Wed 4th Jun | 8.30am – 7.15pm
Unguided Retreat

Every day we remember the extraordinary kindness of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, our Root Guru and Founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. But on the auspicious day June 4 (Turning the Wheel of Dharma Day), at Kadampa Centres around the world, with minds of rejoicing and gratitude, we offer him our faith through using the special prayer Request to the Holy Spiritual Guide Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso from his Faithful Disciples and collecting our Guru’s name mantra in a one-day retreat.

There will be three sessions of retreat using the sadhana The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra and the special request prayer. And the last session of the retreat will conclude with Offering to the Spiritual Guide puja.

Note that this is an unguided retreat and you're able to attend any session.

Timetable:

8.30–10am: Session 1

10.30am – 12pm: Session 2

3.30–5pm: Session 3

5.30–7.15pm: Offering to the Spiritual Guide Prayers with Tsog Offering

This event is free, however donations are appreciated. All donations go directly towards the International Temples Project, whose mission is to build spiritual sanctuaries worldwide.
