Testing Your Next Business Venture: How to Test New Business Ideas the Startup Way with Live Case Studies
Calling all Engineers, SME Engineering and Technology Companies Management Leaders
Join us for an evening to discover how you can test your Business Idea with the potential market or customers efficiently.
As engineers, you are familiar with how to run experiments to see if your products would work and to reduce the risk of failure when used by customers.
Now think about how you can apply that concept of experimenting to test and de-risk new business ideas.
In the startup world, this process is called the Lean Startup methodology. It is a systematic way to figure out if customers want your new product by running iterative experiments with the fastest and low-cost strategies.
This is in contrast to the typical approach of making large -scale investment decisions based on detailed, yet untested, business plans.
In this webinar, Bryan Long will show you how to apply the same startup methods used by the top startups and corporate incubators so that you can
• Radically improve your company’s speed and ability to respond to disruption
• Significantly reduce the risk and cost of launching new products and ventures
• Creating better performing products that customers already show you they want to buy even before you started production
You will learn
• The secret of how to find big problems to solve for your customers
• The 3 biggest risk with your new business venture
• 3 ways to test customers even before you have a working product or prototype
• Why you need a pipeline of new business ideas to explore and exploit
• Ways to create and test new ventures even if you don’t have the innovation talent
