About The Kind Friend
The Kind Friend is one of the fastest growing kindness online communities in SEA. To be honest, when we started The Kind Friend on Instagram in January 2019, we never thought that a small hobby would turn into a community of 47,000 people in ten months. All we wanted to do was to seed positive change within the online space through friendly affirmations.
By engaging with our community, we realised that finding balance in a world full of noise can be a challenge, we crave harmony in our lives but the daily pressures of life can get in the way of this. Our first product, The Kind Friend Wellness Journal was developed to be a companion for the mind with carefully crafted templates to help you appreciate quiet moments in life. Journaling has also been the best thing I could have done for myself. It's been a huge part of my growth and it's my form of survival to help my overcome my anxiety.
