City Music Singapore presents the return of its flagship event 'The Martin Experience'

It's been a tumultuous couple of years for the music industry and now that live music has returned, the first thing we thought to do is treat the public to another edition of... 'The Martin Experience'!

Attendees can look forward to a Sitka spruce serenade by their favourite local artists, exclusive Martin insider insights and a first-hand experience of new 2022 Martin guitar models, in addition to the classics. And that's not all — There will also be a giveaway where participants stand the chance to win exclusive Martin accessories, merchandise and even a brand new Martin guitar!

Charlie Lim

Charlie Lim is a singer-songwriter/producer based in Singapore, whose debut record ‘TIME/ SPACE’ clinched the #1 spot on the iTunes Singapore chart and was named Best Pop Album of the Year by The Straits Times. Charlie has quickly grown into one of Southeast Asia’s most unique voices in modern pop music.

Haneri (Daphne Khoo)

Renaming herself as 'Haneri', singer-songwriter Daphne Khoo is back in town in full-throttle. Her comeback single “Burning Up” charted in 6 different countries including Norway, Taiwan, Indonesia and earned its highest position at #9 on the spotify charts in Singapore. Her sophomore single “Feel Alright”, released a year later, saw her on the cover of Spotify’s New Music Friday (NMF) in Singapore and launched on NMF in 8 other countries and got on viral charts in multiple countries and to date has over 5 million streams on Spotify.

Daniel Sid

27-year-old Daniel Sid is one of Singapore’s most sought-after singer-songwriters, who cut his teeth busking on the streets all around the world. His debut tracks “greener grass” and "bluer skies" has garnered over 1.3 million streams on various streaming platforms.

Iman & The State of Mind

Best known as Iman from Singaporean Pop-Punk mainstays 'Iman's League', the enigmatic front-man has begun on a new stripped-down solo project supported by The State of Mind. Iman's League has been actively touring for over a decade in several countries including South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia — just to name a few. The punk trio also clinched a surprise win for 'Best Song' and 'Best Band' at Anugerah Planet Muzik.

The event aims to bring together local Martin owners/enthusiasts to honour 189 years of rich Martin heritage as well as City Music’s longstanding relationship with the legendary guitar company over the years.
