PLEASE NOTE:

Check in: 30 minutes before each Zoom Session starts. The room will be locked when the session with Ajahn starts. No one will be able to enter the session after that, this is to avoid any disruptions.

Ajahn Brahm will lead the morning session at 9am daily followed by a short guided meditation, and the nightly Q&A session from 7.30pm to 9pm.

Ajahn Brahmali will conduct the Sutta study and guided meditation (3pm to 5pm)
