27 Mar - SUPPLE SPINE
Cultivate a strong, flexible spine with practices that promote spinal health and mobility. Explore yin stretches to alleviate stiffness, improve posture, and enhance energy flow throughout your body.
3 Apr - BALANCED BODY
Achieve harmony and equilibrium as we focus on balancing the body's various elements. Through a balancing yin sequence, cultivate stability, strength, and inner poise.
17 Apr - BREATHE BETTER
Harness the transformative power of breath to enhance your well-being. Learn yin techniques to deepen your breath, expand lung capacity, and cultivate mindfulness, promoting relaxation, vitality, and mental clarity.
24 Apr - STRESS RELIEF
Take a moment to unwind and release tension with practices dedicated to stress relief. Through gentle movements, restorative yin poses, and guided meditation, melt away stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling calm, centred, and rejuvenated.
1 May - HAPPY TUMMY
Nourish your digestive system and promote gut health with targeted yin yoga practices. Explore poses and breathing exercises to stimulate digestion, relieve bloating, and foster a sense of internal balance and well-being.
8 May - SLEEP WELL
Prepare your body and mind for restorative sleep with practices tailored to promote relaxation and tranquillity. Wind down with gentle yin stretches, soothing breathwork, and guided relaxation techniques, ensuring a deep, rejuvenating sleep.

About Bryan Ng (Singapore)
Bryan is an Osteopathic physician who currently runs his own private practice, The PainFree Clinic, at the Novena Medical Center. (https://www.thepainfreeclinic.com.sg/)
On top of his vast experience in treating and preventing musculoskeletal pain and injuries, he is also a certified yoga instructor after having gone through rigorous yoga teacher training with several highly respected yoga and meditation teachers, who strongly inspired him on his yoga journey.
After completing his first two yoga teacher training programs, his desire to cultivate mental steadiness in his students propels his passion for delving into the study of osteopathic medicine by integrating healthy body alignment and breath awareness.
With his practical understanding of human anatomy and movement and his nurturing love for yoga, he hopes to ride on this lifetime interest to help people integrate their body and mind.
