Krisa Qiu – Certified TCTSY Facilitator, Regression Therapist, and Founder of Bliss Shala Yoga. Kristen Pringle – Mental Health Clinician, Occupational Therapist (OT), Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, and Founder of Trauma Informed Care OT. Both trainers have extensive experience.
