We carry a conversation with ourselves every moment, everyday – from the time we wake up to the time we fall asleep. This conversation is known as self-talk or internal dialogue. Sometimes we are aware of these self-talks but most of the time, we do it unconsciously. These talks usually derived from our conscious thoughts with unconscious beliefs and biases that will either empower or defeat us. Unfortunately, we tend to do negative self-talks most of the time. This leads to limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging thoughts and undermining our own real potentials. Hence, it deters us from stepping out of our comfort zone to pursue our dreams, goals and passion.
